Yoga for Living and Thriving with Cancer

From diagnosis through treatment and beyond, every stage of cancer brings its own challenges.

Come join us for a yoga class designed to reduce the stress, fear, and anxiety that may accompany cancer diagnosis and treatment. In this safe and personalized environment, yoga can help you stimulate the immune system, improve flexibility, regain strength, reduce anxiety, manage pain, and boost overall well-being.

Reclaim the freedom to move your body and to breathe vitally. Understand the power you hold within yourself to release stress and rediscover choice. Find a place of understanding and recognition through the community. Regain the opportunity to become active in your healing process through movement.

Classes are led by Lisa Tatham, RYT-500 and Michelle Loy, MD, Yoga for Cancer (y4c certified)
