Yoga for Living and Thriving with Cancer with Lisa Tatham, RYT-500 and Michelle Loy, MD, Yoga for Cancer (y4c certified)

Come join us for a class where you will be empowered to learn the physical benefits of certain poses and movements as well as the emotional benefits yoga can offer to reduce  the stress, fear, and anxiety that may accompany a cancer diagnosis and treatment.

From diagnosis, through treatment,  and into life after treatment – every stage brings its own challenges.  Reclaim the freedom to move your body and to breathe vitally.  Understand the power you hold within yourself to release stress and rediscover choice.  Through community find a place of understanding and recognition.  Through the practices, regain  the opportunity to become active in your healing process.  In this safe and personalized environment, allow yoga to stimulate the immune system, improve flexibility, regain strength, reduce anxiety, manage pain, and boost overall well-being.

The 1-hour Group Session will be covered under your insurance.
