You’ll practice postures that focus on the digestive system to help stimulate healthy movement while at the same time creating a sense of calm and wellbeing in the body. A relaxing guided meditation will also be included. A yoga mat will be provided or you can bring your own.
Requirement: You must be able to get up and off the floor without assistance.
Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing, no shoes or socks are worn
