What you can expect: Each session will focus in on a specific benefit thatarises out of a somatic yoga practice (improved balance, increased strength,stress management, etc…) allowing you to experience within yourself thatbenefit and learn the practices you can do to recreate it on your own. Inthisclass you may practice on the floor or sitting in a chair. You will be encouragedto listen to the instructions for a movement rather than watchingthemovement being done. This allows the space for you to discover thebestversion of the movement for you. Sometimes a pillow, towel, blanket will behelpful in adding additional support for your body. Please have a few things nearby.

Please note: We accept most insurances. Your insurance may cover the 1-hour group session, however, you will be responsible if you have a specialist copayment per session. You will also be responsible if you have a deductible or co-insurance.
