Over the winter holidays, many of us enjoy rich foods, sweets, and festive drinks—and our bodies can feel the effects. This physician-guided 4-week program is designed to help you gently rebalance, reduce inflammation, and restore natural energy without deprivation or extreme detox practices.
Each week, you'll receive clear step-by-step guidance, meal suggestions, education on supporting detoxification pathways, and simple lifestyle practices that make a big difference. The course is structured to be safe, sustainable, and supportive for all levels.
You’ll learn how to nourish your body, stabilize digestion, curb cravings, and reset your metabolism after the busy holiday season. By the end of the program, most patients report feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control of their health.
