Pregnancy is a time of incredible transformation—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Yet too often, prenatal care focuses only on the medical checklist, leaving little space for connection, questions, or holistic support.

Wholehearted Pregnancy is a monthly group visit series led by Dr. Lisa Koers, an integrative medicine physician, offering a whole-person approach to prenatal and postpartum care. Each month, we will explore topics tailored to each trimester and the postpartum period —including:
✨ Nutrition and targeted supplementation
✨ Movement and physical wellbeing
✨ Mindfulness, stress support, and sleep
✨ Integrative tools for common pregnancy complaints
✨ Postpartum preparation and recovery

Join at any point! We are offering a continuous curriculum, so you’ll receive relevant information no matter when you start.

🧪 Optional nutritional labs help us personalize your care—something often missing from conventional prenatal care. You can meet one-on-one with Dr. Koers to review the results and receive personalized recommendations.

🤝 Connect with others, ask your questions, and leave each session feeling supported, informed, and empowered.
