Series 2: Bone Health and Hormonal Balance for Strength and Grace: Learn about safe and effective integrative modalities to improve osteopenia and osteoporosis, as well as perimenopause and menopause (age 35+) and the connection to bone health. Add to your culinary repertoire and explore various supplements, including black cohosh, flaxseed, wild yam, and more! Learn which foods and exercises are best for strengthening bones. This session will also cover how integrative approaches may help in managing common distressing symptoms such as hot flashes, mood changes, insomnia, breast tenderness, bloating, and brain fog.
We accept most insurances. Your insurance may cover the 1-hour group session. However, you might be responsible for a specialist copayment per session. You will also be responsible if you have a deductible or co-insurance.
