Thyroid Health & Adrenal Health for “Vibrancy and Calm”: Integrative/Functional Medicine employs the best of conventional and traditional medicine in the treatment of symptoms and conditions associated with thyroid and adrenal health. In this session, you will learn about the role of nutrition, lifestyle, vitamins, supplements, botanicals in optimal thyroid health and adrenal health. Practical hands-on information will be offered on how to manage Hashimoto’s Autoimmune Thyroiditis, PCOS, and also to address common symptoms such has weight, hair thinning/hirsutism, temperature instability, acne, and menstrual irregularities. Menstrual Health and Genitourinary Health for “Resiliency and Comfort”: Personalized medicine and the whole person approach are at the root of integrative and functional medicine. This session will apply these principles to feminine care.
