Health benefits of Middle Eastern dance this is an aerobic activity that burns calories, works the heart muscle, with constant movement, which elevates the heart rate to pump oxygen faster through the blood. The exercise can help improve blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes, overall mood and  memory.
