Traditional Foods of Ireland

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day early to learn about the history of this holiday with Sedrick O'Connor, Vice President of Human Resources, NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital. Together we will cook traditional Irish recipes such as celeriac soup and potato colcannon with bacon and poached eggs, and a special three-ingredient dessert.
