Tai Chi at the East Flushing Library

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that involves graceful flowing movements accompanied by deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next to ensure constant motion. This series might help reduce the risk of falling, improve balance, help relieve pain, and improve quality of life. This class is perfect for older adults but all are welcome
