The American Heart Association recommends eating seafood at least 2 times per week to support heart health. Our in-person cooking class will teach you how to cook seafood with recipes so savory, you'll want to eat fish every night of the week!


Pre-registration is required. You will first get an email confirming your spot on our WAITLIST, but this does not guarantee you a spot for the class. There will be a second email from the "Teaching Kitchen" within a week from the class to confirm your spot.
