Stress Management

During this session, we will review the fight and flight response, effects of cortisol stress hormone and importance of the vagus nerve for relaxation. If you have the heartmath device, we will go over its functionality and learn new breathing exercises to deepen your practice.

This group visit is offered by Dr Chiti Parikh . Since this is a medical visits, they are covered by most insurances and you would be responsible for co-pays, deductibles etc. as you would for any in person physician visit.
