About this Event
Join Dr. Michelle Loy and Dr. Audetus for an enriching experience of writing, drawing, speaking, and listening as we delve into the power of personal narratives. Discover how sharing meaningful experiences can reduce symptoms, ease emotional discomfort, trigger healing hormones, and foster connections.
In each session, participants will be guided through a process to access deeply held beliefs and emotions that are often overlooked in daily life. Through a non-analytical approach, we'll explore life both before and after diagnosis, unraveling who we are and what brings us meaning, joy, and wholeness.
Gain valuable non-pharmacological tools for applying this healing method independently or within a group setting. Join us and embark on a path of self-discovery and healing. This program is virtual.
