Stop the Bleed at Brooklyn Public Library

This workshop is offered by the staff of the Pediatric Emergency Department at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Stop the Bleed is a program that empowers everyday citizens by teaching them how to use life-saving measures when first responders may be delayed.

The one-hour session also includes a hands-on demonstration on how to use tourniquets and apply sterile gauze for the most severe cases. Included in the training will be demonstrations on how to provide Hands-Only CPR.
