Foods to Support Longevity

There are five places in the world called "blue zones" where people live the longest and are the healthiest. Our first Food to Support Longevity program will bring us to Nicoya, Costa Rica, a designated blue zone. We will discuss some of the healthy habits of this population, as well as make some recipes from this region.
