In this five-hour workshop, each participant will: 

• learn a brief history of Reiki
• understand and experience their own life force energy (Ki)
• receive a Level I/First Degree Reiki Attunement
• learn and practice a self-treatment protocol
• learn and practice giving a Reiki treatment to others
