Prenatal Yoga-Lisa Tatham

Your journey through pregnancy is a wondrous one.  It is also a time of significant changes: your body changes, your breathing changes, your emotions change.  Such change may create stress.  Conscious movement, breathing, and relaxation will help in reducing the effects of stress pregnancy necessarily places on you, as well as prepare you for delivery.  Come move, breathe, and discover practices you can use at home to find continuity and equanimity throughout a period of such awesome change.  This class is open to all.
