Led by the NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Maternal-Fetal Medicine team, this educational series aims to prepare women close to or over age 40 about getting pregnant, being pregnant, and preparing for a new baby. During regularly scheduled group sessions, women and their partners will have the opportunity to hear about relevant topics, chat with other expectant mothers in this age group, and meet with expert clinicians. Topics will include facts and myths about pregnancy over 40, nutrition, exercise, back pain, incontinence, sexuality, emotional support, and breastfeeding.
