Monday Group Meditation

Life is full of challenges and stress. Mindfulness meditation can help us to meet stress with care and compassion.  Join us for a class that explores various ways to pause, reconnect, and rest.

Mindfulness-based practices are incorporated into class time, but more importantly, we'll get the chance to practice as a community.  

Join us on Monday from 5:00-5:50 pm. Classes are led by Emily Herzlin, meditation instructor.
