Community Meditation Monday 6pm (online)

Guided meditation such as mindful breathing, body scan, lovingkindness, gentle stretching, and more. These sessions are right for you if you are seeking a connection to an online meditation community, and wish to deepen or establish a regular meditation practice. Free and open to all.
