About this Event
Join our Mindfulness Educator Cheri Fandozzi and Nurse Practitioner Grace Damasco. In this 4-week course, we will explore several of the foundational attitudes that support our mindfulness practice —qualities such as non-striving, patience, and non-judging. Through guided meditation, gentle movement, and discussion, participants will be invited to discover how cultivating these attitudes can deepen awareness and support greater ease and resilience in everyday life. This class is suitable for both beginners and those looking to refresh or deepen their mindfulness practice.
Wednesday Dates: April 8, 15, 22, 29
Time: 4-5 pm, Virtual
*Part 1 and Part 2 are complementary but independent courses. Participants are welcome to
take either course on its own—there is no requirement to complete Part 1 before enrolling in Part 2.
