Join the Integrative Health community for a weekly exploration into mindfulness and meditation, guided by mindfulness meditation expert Cheri Fandozzi and Dr. Zach Mulvihill.

This virtual Zoom-based class offers a flexible, drop-in format and is open to all experience levels—from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Each session begins with an experiential and instructional component, where we dive into a new guided meditation practice each week, complemented by teachings and guidance to inspire and support your practice. Breathing exercises and gentle, mindful movements are offered as well.

In the second half, we create a space for reflection and Q&A. Participants are invited to reflect on what brings them to class, ask questions about meditation (e.g., “How do I structure a home practice and stick with it?” or “How can I be more mindful in my daily life?”), share challenges they’re encountering (e.g., “I always fall asleep when I try to meditate,” or “My mind just never stops thinking!”), and reflect on insights, “aha” moments, or ways in which the practice has benefited them (e.g., “I found myself in a stressful situation at work but didn’t react the way I used to,” or “I’ve realized I have a lot more joy in my life than I was aware of before.”).

Come as you are and take a moment to reflect, learn, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and welcoming community.
