In this course, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMass Medical School, we explore how to apply mindfulness to daily life in order to reduce stress and increase wellbeing.

Throughout the eight weeks you will:
Orientations Thursdays Jan 7 or Jan 14 6-9pm (attendance at one orientation is mandatory); classes run Thursdays Jan 21-March 18 (skip Feb 25), 6-8:30pm. Practice day Sunday March 7, 10am-5pm.

Fee: Orientation sessions are free. Eight-week course either self-pay $400 OR can be billed to insurance as 8 physician visits if you are a WCM patient. Check insurance coverage, call the office for more information.
