MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) 8-week course (online)

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, with kindness towards our experience.

The MBSR course was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in order to help patients with chronic pain and illness work with stress and stress-related symptoms.
