Intro to Mindfulness 4-Week Course

This 4-week Intro to Mindfulness course is adapted from the 8-week MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program. We will explore the science of mindfulness, health benefits, stress physiology and the role of mindfulness in reducing stress, and learn how to establish a daily mindfulness practice. Taught by Mind-Body Instructor Emily Herzlin and Dr. Zachary Mulvihill. 

This course is available to Integrative Health and Wellbeing patients, and is billed to insurance.

This course will be over Zoom. Link will be provided after you register.
