The goal of this program is to provide and support coursework that bridges the gap between current and best practice standards in celiac disease. This course targets health professionals in the broad fields of managed care, primary care physicians, pediatricians, dietitians/nutritionists, gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and dermatologists as well as researchers/scientists, specialty physicians, medical assistants, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, residents and fellows working in the field of celiac disease.
