HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method (Virtual Course)

For generations, fear of birthing has been at the forefront of many people's minds. The HypnoBirthing course was developed by Marie Mongan to help people minimize fear, recognize birth as one of life's most natural processes, and achieve more comfortable births.

In this online course, you will learn several relaxation and self-hypnosis (guided imagery) techniques to reduce fear & tension; positioning, visualization, breathing & deepening techniques shown to achieve more comfortable and shorter labors; the history of birthing and the natural process of birth; creating an optimal birth plan for you and your partner; bonding with your baby and the vital role your birth companion plays; as well as aspects of "4th Trimester" care.

This course is best taken when 20-34 weeks pregnant (at start of course). If that is not the case for you and you are still interested, please contact us directly.
