Heart Of Health Workshop

The Center for Community Health Navigation provides monthly workshops for program participants and all interested community members. The Heart Health for Adults Workshop is presented by the Clinical Director, Crystal Cartwright. At the workshop, patients will learn about Heart symptoms, triggers, and medications and are able to address questions regarding medication concerns and appropriate management of their Heart.
