The Center for Community Health Navigation provides monthly workshops for program participants and all interested community members.  The Heart Health Workshop is presented by the Clinical Director, Crystal Cartwright. The Heart Health Workshop is a health education workshop to raise awareness of what vascular heart disease is, how to prevent it, recognize signs and symptoms of a heart attack, and what to do if you already have heart disease.
