Please join Mindfulness Educator Cheri Fandozzi and Dr. Michela Isona in this four-week mindfulness series, we’ll explore simple, heartcentered meditation practices that nurture qualities like kindness, compassion, joy, and balance.

 

Together we’ll learn how these qualities support emotional resilience, deepen connection with others, and bring greater ease to daily life—especially in times of stress or uncertainty. Each session will include guided mediation, instruction, and interactive Q&A. All are welcome - no prior meditation experience needed.

 

Wednesday Dates: January 14, 21, 28 and February 4th

Time: 4-5 pm, Virtual

 

Important Notice: 

We accept most insurances. Your insurance may cover the one-hour group session, but you will be responsible for a specialist copayment per session. You will also be responsible if you have a deductible or co-insurance.
