Healthy Horizons: Your Practical Roadmap to a Toxin-Free Lifestyle With Michelle Loy, MD

We expose ourselves every single day to harmful chemicals, pollutants, and toxins found in our air, water supply, food, and household products.

In this group visit, we will discuss the health challenges we face in today’s environment and introduce strategies to optimize biotransformation, make good food choices, and know what to avoid in the products you purchase. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of how lifestyle and diet can empower you to mitigate environmental changes over a short period of time.

Topics we will cover:

• Explore how to utilize and apply lifestyle, diet, supplements/botanicals for safe and natural detoxification

• Actionable, practical, and easy swaps to consider for reducing toxins in personal care, bathroom, kitchen, living area, food, water

• What to prioritize for the biggest effect on reducing body burden (you do not need to change everything all at once to reap the benefits)
