This class is appropriate for people with osteoporosis, osteopenia, and those wanting to increase strength and balance skills in general. You’ll be addressing strength training using weights, bands, and your own body as resistance. Balance exercises will improve gait and posture awareness. Increasing breath capacity as well as other techniques will be introduced.
Requirement: You must be able to get up and off the floor without assistance.
Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing and sneakers.
