HealthOutreach: Balance Training Class

HealthOutreach invites you to join our Balance Training Class.

Balance Training is taken to:

  • Prevent falls/injury
  • Improve posture
  • Improve strength
  • Improve standing balance locomotor performance in older adults.
  • Improves dynamic trunk control, sitting & standing balance, mobility in persons post stroke.
  • Strengthen self-efficacy in balance control leading to improved fall related self-efficacy, reduced fear of falling, increased walking speed, and improved physical function.

Exercise movements are low impact and gentle. The exercise and movements put minimal stress on your muscles and joints.

Must be 60 or older to join the program.
