HealthOutreach invites you to join our Balance Training Class.

Balance Training is taken to:

  • Prevent falls/injury
  • Improve posture and strength
  • Improve standing balance and locomotor performance in older adults
  • Improve dynamic trunk control, sitting & standing balance, and mobility in post-stroke patients
  • Strengthen self-efficacy in balance control, leading to reduced fear of falling, increased walking speed, and improved physical function

Exercise movements are low-impact and gentle, and will put minimal stress on your muscles and joints.
