Please join us on a six-week journey to reset and rebuild your health to optimize nutrition and attain a healthy weight. During these interactive group visits you will learn practical tips on how to grocery shop for healthy foods, simplify meal planning and curb food cravings. There will also be virtual cooking demonstrations where you will learn to make easy, nutritious meals.
