About this Event
In the practice of Qi Gong, breath patterns are slow, long, and deep, promoting a sense of calm and vitality. Movements are gentle and fluid, allowing for a seamless flow of energy throughout the body, while the regulation of the mind involves focused attention and visualization.
In this virtual program led by Tim Fatato and Suzanne Black, NP, you'll discover the myriad benefits of Qi Gong, which has been scientifically proven to enhance the health and well-being of older adults by improving physical function, mood, balance, quality of life, cognition, and memory and reducing pain, stiffness, and the risk of falls. Moreover, research highlights the efficacy of Qi Gong in managing symptoms associated with musculoskeletal pain, fibromyalgia, hypertension, cancer and side effects of cancer treatments, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic heart failure, and maternal health conditions.
Join us to explore the transformative potential of Qi Gong and experience the profound healing effects it can have on your mind, body, and spirit. Unlock the secrets of vitality and harmony as you embark on this ancient journey toward optimal wellness.
