During our sessions, participants will have the opportunity to explore various forms of Qi Gong, including the graceful movements of 5 Element Qi Gong, the therapeutic exercises of Ba Duan Jin, and the celestial energy cultivation of Tien Gong (Heavenly Stem).

We accept most insurances. Your insurance may cover the 1-hour group session, However, you might be responsible for a specialist copayment per session. You will also be responsible if you have a deductible or co-insurance.
