About this Event
Mindfulness meditation can help us to meet life's stresses with care and compassion. Join us for a special class led by meditation instructor Emily Herzlin and explore various ways to pause, reconnect, and rest.
Mindfulness-based practices are incorporated into class time, but more importantly, we'll get the chance to practice together as a community.
