Fall Prevention Sessions

Learning about fall prevention can help reduce your or your loved ones risk for injury.

According to the CDC, falls are a threat to the health of older adults and can reduce their ability to remain independent. However, falls don’t have to be inevitable as you age. There are proven ways to reduce and prevent falls, even in older adults (anyone 65 years and older).

Each session is 30 mins long and will provide you with valuable information about falls prevention. You can also check out our "Falls Classroom," where you can find fall prevention resources at any time: Falls Prevention Classroom with on Demand Resources
