Down to the cellular level, we are all made of energy. Knowing this premise, we can utilize energy practices to assist the body in its ability to heal itself. Bringing together these exercises we will practice particular breathing, meditation, and movement techniques to restore balance and address energy blocks that create anxiety. Please have a mat or blanket and comfortable seat or cushion for your comfort.
This group visit is offered by Dr. Jillian Cohen
Since this is a medical visit, it is covered by most insurances and you would be responsible for co-pays, deductibles as you would for any in person physician visit.
