Energy Healing Practices for Anxiety

Join Dr. Jillian Cohen to learn special energy practices aimed at restoring balance and easing anxiety. This comprehensive program incorporates various techniques such as breathing exercises, meditation, and movement practices.

To ensure your comfort during the session, please come prepared with a mat, blanket, seat, or cushion.

We accept most insurances. Your insurance may cover the 1-hour group session, but you may be responsible for a specialist co-payment per session. You will also be responsible if you have a deductible or co-insurance.
