Are therapeutic diets proving hard to maintain, leaving you frustrated? Are you overwhelmed by the abundance of nutritional information available, leading to binge-like behavior?

In this virtual program led by Dr. Loy and Beth McDonald, RD, you'll learn to cultivate healthy physical, emotional, and cognitive behavioral habits around food. Discover the keys to healing both physical and emotional hunger. Explore the impact of technology in the realm of nutrition and uncover evidence-based strategies to set yourself up for success.
