Daily Group Meditation

Please join Mindfulness Instructor Mary Rothfusz, MA, for daily guided meditation.  This offering is free and registration information is available here.  

Life is full of challenges and stress. Mindfulness meditation has been utilized as a way to meet stress with care and compassion.  Join us for a gently led class that explores various ways to help pause, reconnect, and rest.

Mindfulness-based practices are incorporated into the time we share, but more importantly, we get the chance to practice as a community.  

Classes are led by Mary Rothfusz and Emily Herzlin; the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructors.
