Cornell University Cooperative Extension – New York City’s Nutrition and Health Program puts education into action to help families lead healthier lives. Adults, seniors and children participate in hands-on learning. Families make healthier food choices, become more physically active, and learn to stretch their food dollars. In collaboration with Urban Neighborhood Services, Cornell Cooperative Extension is teaching an 8-week nutrition workshop for parents and caretakers of children under 18.
