If you’ve been lying awake at night, staring at the ceiling, or waking up tired no matter how long you’ve been in bed—you’re not alone.

 

Our 4-week Conquering Insomnia program led by Dr. Wang is designed to help you gently reset your sleep using proven tools, without relying on medications.

 

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), relaxation practices, and simple lifestyle shifts, you’ll learn how to quiet a busy mind, break free from frustrating sleep patterns, and create the conditions for deep, restorative rest.

 

This course takes a whole-person approach to healing sleep. Each week, we’ll explore calming mind-body practices, natural strategies like mindfulness and gentle movement, and safe, evidence-informed supplements and herbs that support healthy sleep. By the end of four weeks, you’ll leave with your own personalized sleep wellness toolkit—practical, easy-to-use techniques you can return to whenever you need them. Better sleep is possible, and it starts here.

Please note: We accept most insurances. Your insurance may cover the 1-hour group session, however, you will be responsible if you have a specialist copayment per session. You will also be responsible if you have a deductible or co-insurance.
