Colon Cancer Screenings: What You Need To Know

Weill Cornell Medicine and NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital invite you to their Lower Manhattan Lecture Series. On the first Wednesday of each month, Weill Cornell physicians will provide info on the latest advances on a variety of healthcare topics.

 

This month’s topic: Colon Cancer Screenings: What You Need to Know

A colonoscopy is the gold standard of colon cancer screening. Dr. Robert Burakoff will discuss what to expect when you get a colonoscopy, plus new frontiers in the identification and treatment of colon cancer.

This lecture will conclude with a 20 minute Q&A.
