Bariatric Supportive Cooking Class: High Protein Snacks

After bariatric surgery, it's important to get adequate nourishment while keeping your weight loss goals on track. Our cooking demonstration with Culinary Nutrition Educator, Marti Wolfson,and Ashley Fleischhauer, Bariatric Manager, is a great opportunity to learn how to manage weight loss while eating healthy, high protein foods.  This is suitable for people who are trying to lose weight, those who have had bariatric surgery, and family members.
