Ancient Wisdom, Modern Health: Seasonal Transitions and Self-Care

Seasonal transitions can serve as pivotal moments for disease prevention and health maintenance. Join us for a seasonal reboot during which we'll delve into the principles of Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.

In this virtual group visit led by Dr.Loy and Dr. Mulvihil, you'll discover how to apply ancient wisdom to nourish your body and maintain well-being throughout each season. Explore the impact of flavors on digestion, the significance of tastes for detoxification and focus, and foods that uplift vitality and promote the smooth flow of qi. We'll also discuss optimal daily routines and detoxifying self-care rituals tailored to align with both the circadian rhythm and the changing seasons.
