The Center for Community Health Navigation provides monthly workshops for program participants and all interested community members.  

The Asthma/COPD for Adults Workshop is presented by our Clinical Director, Chanelle Diaz, and James Thurston. At this workshop, patients will learn about asthma/COPD symptoms, triggers, and medications and have the opportunity to ask questions regarding medication and asthma/COPD management.
